Finding apps that help you achieve a better version of yourself is the best. Thanks for thinking of something like this. Many people need it to make them aware of our mental and physical health.
TutumNet has done such an amazing job at helping me keep track of my health and personal responsibilities. It provides so many options of what to keep track of, and even sends you small reminders to make sure you’ve logged your data for the day. As someone who’s extremely forgetful, that feature has helped a lot. Being able to have a support system through the app is also so beneficial. You have the option of having any concerning dips in activity sent to someone else, like a trusted friend or family member. Personally, this feature helps me feel closer with those I’ve shared my habits with. They’re able to look out for me and support me, and remind me to maintain my goals for the betterment of my self. This app overall has helped me so much. It’s really convenient for me to use whenever I want, and had become a reminder for me to take care of myself. I keep my needs in mind way more often and participate way more in self care because of it. I will definitely be continuing to use it!! 👍
I found this app very useful to keep track of my daily health goals. Thanks.
