**Edit**: The issue has been fixed! Thank you to the developers for making the app more functional! I like the app, really... except for that when I don't have it open, it never sends any notifications and then I miss out on raids with Pokefriends!!! Really hoping this can be fixed. I double triple checked the settings on my phone and app too, and they both allow the notifications. Please help and fix :)

A front end is web browser for the website would better. The web site is super useful and convenient, but this app just links around to site in another browser.

A lot of the features are not on the app, but redirect you to their website. You are set to visible by default and will be deluged in friends requests until you find the setting to hide yourself. It is not possible to hide yourself without selecting male or female as your gender. This sounds ridiculous, but if you picked “prefer not to say” in the signup process, it won’t let you turn off the fire hose of friend requests without saying you are male or female. Since I’m nonbinary this required misgendering myself. You can’t just delete your account. There is no option for that. To delete your account/data, they want you submit a ticket with your full name and phone number. I am serious. This thing is here to mine your data, and the more you realize what a mistake you made ever touching it, the more data it demands of you to get out. I just thought I’d see if I could find some Icy Snow or Sandstorm friends out here, and this was not worth it at all. And no, I didn’t find any.
