MBJB is sleeping ?! Why every time App have problem ?!if no free maintenance then just use old style put coupon only in front car !more time I try pay car park !but every time display in app is problem !try many time after get the saman !hey !I want pay car parking fee,but your App have problem ,try many time until MBJB come saman my car !is my wrong ?!you know how many time I putih2 get saman ?!and when top up already ,app display wrong !and show no any topup,I try make second top up after jump back msg display I top up 2 time !sometimes same status top up pay with car parking fee!!now what’s is wrong MBJB?give me answers!really headache the funny app !!

This is probably more for MBJB actually but I got into a bitter argument with a VERY RUDE MBJB staff regarding parking that I paid through this app. MBJB is so efficient and strict in fining people. Enforcement officer came 2 minutes before I paid for parking using the app. I was late for an appointment so I paid through this app as I was walking to the place. Dah la susah carik parking and bila dapat parking kena jalan jauh. So after parking, I left the car and paid the parking using the app. Ppl do their work as they walk right? It’s not unusual especially with smartphones now kan? But no MBJB insists that I pay the fine sebab I dah kena saman. Biadap counter staff (counter bayaran jalan dato onn. Lelaki melayu) questioned my phone and insisted that their enforcement officer is everywhere all the time to check for saman (see, efficient) and that there is no consideration for cases like this. There is no apology from counter staff and siap cakap “saya pun boleh menjerit kat awak” when I apologized for the ruckus. BIADAP. I left the MBJB Jln Dato Onn humiliated and full of hatred for MBJB for not even listening to me! I don’t have a lot of choice but to use this app because i live within MBJB jurisdiction but diharapkan message ni disampaikan ke pegawai atasan MBJB untuk berikan grace period for cases like this. I paid for the parking that I did while walking to the place I was going but I was also fined for this sebab lambat 2 minit. On top of that, staff counter awak sgt biadap dgn pelanggan. Saya sangat benci dgn MBJB sebab ni. It was a really BAD experience for me to use the app and staff counter MBJB that I would never go there again and use this app if I can but I don’t have much option Sila perbaiki mutu perkhidmatan pelanggan awak. Singkirkan staff counter yang BIADAP! He was lucky I chose not to film the whole ruckus and make it viral 🤬

The new app have more function than the previous one. However there are some bugs that need to be fix. 1. Compound section: back button isn’t working, user have to use swipe from left to right. 2. User profile: after changing the phone number there is no confirm button to change, user have to click back button on top to confirm the changes. General improvement: MBJB V2 app may improve the keyboard usage. Like, tap anywhere to discard/ hide the keyboard to improve user experience. Last, I impressed with the v2 function over the previous app. Good job!
