Singpass

The process of attempting to go from my mobile phone to reconcile back to the website for Singpass fails every time. When we email support for help it takes us to a library where we can learn how to do exactly what we did. They got us to the place that the connection between the mobile phone and the web browser fails. This is been an issue now for a couple of years and it’s unrecoverable.

My address though I can access others like Hdb Cpf irs through Singpass app. It always cut off on Sgx website. It is taking too much of my time trying numerous times and hours. Not competitive. Hope it will improve soon.

SingPass doesn’t allow me to use an overseas number to register. I have to retain my Singapore number for this purpose. When I try to use my SingPass to log in, the OTP is not sent in a timely fashion. It expires within 2 minutes and I don’t receive it until 10 min later. I cannot log in using the SingPass app. though it can recognize my facial features and identify me. I am at my wits end as I wish to update my current address. Please advise what I can do to make the change online possible. Thank you.
