This app has several bugs. To begin with, it offers an option for foreigners residing in the country to register an account, but unfortunately, the process doesn’t work the app is full of glitches and often crashes. Moreover, during registration, when a foreign user tries to enter their address, they’re unable to select “Malaysia” as the country. If someone is living in Malaysia, how are they supposed to register if that option isn’t even available? Please ensure the app is developed and tested professionally before release, rather than making such basic errors. I hope the development team can review and fix these issues properly.

I successfully make the payment & the bank was deduct my money already but the system still indicated I haven't make the payment even after 24 hour the status haven't update yet. What's a useless app & that figures why all the people have the stereotype about the application that developed by government were the trashs. plus,I highly suspect this app was invaded by the hacker if you guys said didn't received my payment & that's manifesting how poor of your app is. How can A malaysia official government app is worse than a app whatsoever I can find in app stores & I think you guys was embezzled the money that for develop app right? Shame on you Pdrm

To search own summons, need to input car registration number (which is fine), IPD (okay la kot) and report number (this is ridculous). If we don’t input any of the info, we cannot search anything. If need to put so many info in app, better go to the IPD, why bother to develop such crappy app? I don’t find it user-friendly at all for having to input so many info just to get info @ update on our summon(s). This poorly designed app needs improvement where searching our car registration alone is enough to get the information that we need. Please improve.
