Payment not working
Credit card payment isn’t working (tried two different cards) Also would be nice to be able to pay with touch n go physical card

Cannot top up. How can I pay parking if this can’t be done!
Terrible app. I was able to top up some time ago but cannot do so now. Cimb clicks and credit card BOTH fail after keying in secure TAC or passwords. I can’t take my car to go to the shops or small independent stores around PJ or elsewhere without fear of getting ticketed!! I never had this worry before as up until the end of 2021 we could still use the older scratch paper tickets when facing top up payment errors This year has been hit and miss with tickets because I simply can’t top up the app. The made a law abiding person into any parking space thief Very unhappy
