First of all, I wasted 20mins in the car parked finding the right method to pay for parking in Muar. And everything is loading so slowly due to poor internet, need to wait 10mins to download the app, multiple failed attempt to top up the wallet. To a point, I'm considering not getting app and leave Muar. Second thing is, why all user have to top up RM10 for visiting Muar just a few hours. I don't see myself visiting again after this. It's a scam for new and temporary visitor to use this app. My suggestions: - Instead of trying to "localise" parking system and scam RM10 from new visitor who won't come back any time soon, you should offer alternative parking method like Tng which most states in Malaysia already have. - Offer small top ups like RM2-3 so temporary visitor dont waste money.

I’m very frustrated with the registration process. When I tried to create an account, the system said that my email has already been registered. However, when I clicked on “Forgot Password” to recover the account, it then said that no account is associated with this email. This is extremely confusing and inconvenient, as it leaves me stuck with no way to either log in or reset my password. Please look into this issue and fix the inconsistency as soon as possible.

Hope the app can include an option for users to cancel their active parking session. There are times when we only park at a location for a very short while before going to another area. Currently, we can't end or cancel the active parking period and we are unable to add a new parking location. This will make the app more flexible, especially for drivers who make multiple short stops in a small city area (For eg, Muar, Tangkak, etc.)
