I like the app but there is a lot to it and it’s not very user friendly. Once you mark the meds as delivered, it doesn’t let you enter the information of the last part of your meds from the previous delivery. Just make it EASIER FOR USERS.
Not user friendly for patients or nurses. Clunky and hard to manipulate through all the pages for patients. Too time consuming for “on the spot” services”. Good in theory but still a ton of bugs to work out and tech support is snarky and defensive when questions are submitted.
This company seems to have done so many things right yet they just can’t seem to deliver the basic service they say they provide. I have booked multiple appointments with multiple providers for mobile IV hydration and have never received the service. Most of the time I get a message just before the cooking time that says “your booking has been canceled” with no explanation given. This would be a great service if it actually worked! Disappointing!!!!!
