I am an 83 year old woman who has done bread baking on and off for many years. I have learned so much from Richard Bertinet’s Bread baking course.
I love his method of teaching and his method of handling the dough. Also of his kindness and obvious love and respect of his craft.
I have also purchased many of his books and am thinking seriously of attending his class in Bath.
