I canceled this shortly after getting it, and have been charged for the past two months. Emails their support has gotten no where. Update 1- sent me a link to cancel, but still no help yet with getting refunded for the two months they charged me - sent an email AGAIN as there is no clear direction on how to get a refund Update 2 I have went to link numerous times now and no one responds to my emails -it’s fraud to charge someone 3 times when they have requested a refunded numerous times. How about responding to my numerous emails instead of me wasting more time filling out another form for your “team” to not respond. Or maybe I should seek legal counsel - please respond to my emails and refund the money I have asked for 3 months to be refunded.

I had canceled the subscription when I first started because this wasn’t an app that I would use, this was in Oct 2025. I thought that was it until I got an attempted $69 charge at the end of April 2026, which my bank had blocked. My card then got locked and I went through the process of canceling the subscription again and thought that was it and went through the headache of unlocking the card, which now doesn’t work with my Apple Pay. Today, May 9, another attempt for $69 is made and now my card is locked again I checked the app and it seems to be cancelled. It has an Activate Subscription button now instead of cancel I hate all the extra problems that i am now having to have with my card. Best to just stay away

It would take very little to make it substantially better Doesn’t vibrate even if there is an icon for vibration during the exercise. This is a must to use it without audio. You have the button. Doesn’t work for me and other users the audio works only during the longer contractions. One sound to contract, one to relax. For the shorter vibration you get a sound to contract but nothing to relax. So you need to keep looking at the app and notice when the text change from contract to relax. Also…why is it a microphone symbol? Even visually, there is no difference between contract and relax. It’s the same circle These things make the so much less usable than others out there. Please fix these things Thank you
