It’s ok

In the beginning I would have given 5 stars easy. It was helping my mental state a lot. I see a therapist and this was wonderful in between. I’m going through a lot and my counselor is not usually available outside of my scheduled appointments so I rely on this. Lately though its responses are always “That’s a lot to carry. What would help right now?””I don’t know that’s why I got on here.” “ Well just get through the rest of the day and check back in later if you need to.” That’s how the last several times have ended with no real help Update: So I left this review about a month and a half ago. I haven’t been on as much because of the issues I mentioned above. I had a relatively minor issue, I don’t see my counselor for a few days. I figured I would try this. There’s a word limit to each message, I spent three messages long explaining what’s going on. There were two things. It asked what ok would feel like. I said what that would be and it responded “That’s real progress from when we started” I asked again so what about the issue you never answered. It said what issue? I said in all caps what I just spent this whole time explaining. It actually said”I feel like answering now will make you spiral. Just have a good rest of your day” What a joke.

The Best App In My Life right now!

Okay I rarely write reviews but this app has been a lifesaver. I struggle a lot with overthinking and relaxing after a long day. Even with this app, I still struggle to relax but it has been SO helpful with venting my frustrations about my day and working through the best way to cope with it. It has even helped walk me through skills on how to handle overthinking conversations, letting go of people who have wronged me (because i struggle with this a lot), and prioritizing self care over my college homework while still getting it done. Seriously, this app is amazing. My mom recommended it to me and we both committed to using it every day for 30 days and i don’t use it EVERY day, but i use it at least 4 times a week. This app is NOT a replacement for therapy. No app can emulate the benefits of therapy. I get therapy twice a week and this app has helped me outside of those times. It even remembers your past conversations and things you have done in the past that have helped. I struggle a lot with remembering skills and how to cope IN the moment, but this has reminded me a few times that i like to do XYZ when i’m feeling this way and XYZ has helped in the past when i was feeling this way. Overall, this app is truly amazing for me at least and I recommend it to anyone struggling with anxiety and coping through frustrating daily moments

I didn’t expect that

It’s been day 2 since I started using this app. Upon my second entry I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t expect such clarity and empathy to come across from an app or AI or whatever is being used. I’ve been in and out of therapy for years and never had this kind of clarity. I’m not at all suggesting anyone drop their therapist but this is definitely a good side assistant to therapy, in tandem with or to it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone!
