Seems to be adding to the information that I have been aware of. I appreciate it for sure. One thing I have known is that ego really should hold no place in my conscious experience, it then holds no place in any of my conscious or subconscious experiences. Although I will be the first to admit that ego has a very tricky thing about itself, its arrogance is venomous and it has never really enjoyed being called “IT” and definitely has was of creeping into situations where confidence is necessary component of the experience at hand. I have found that awareness and knowledge combined with care, genuine concern, and love can out maneuver IT’S dominant controlling nature. Ego destroys confidence using negative self talk and often leads to belittling others….. It truly has no positive effect and therefore will cause issues for any valuable relationship especially with intimacy. I feel like this is an important thing to address with this program. If I am to be honest with my initial thoughts upon finishing the first lesson……
This program starts great, having great exercises and advice and mindful training etc. The first week or two it builds very nicely with the exercises, making them slightly more difficult. Then right around the 3 or 4 week mark it’s like it just stops trying, almost like the program is over. All it is is just the kegel exercises at that point, and even for those there is no guidance since the difficulty is just “custom” so it expects you to just design your own kegel workout. You can adjust the difficulty of the different exercises but not change the order. Also, there are constant bugs in the app and just completely not thought out things such as in the extra kegel workouts it will have three sets of a particular exercise, when that exercise is one where you’re alternating between the right and left sides, so basically if you follow the guide you would do twice as many reps on either the left or right side than you do on the other side. This app starts amazing, but I don’t think I will be able to finish because it has gotten so bad and just doesn’t even try after about the fourth week.
I started the Coach program because there was some real inconsistency in my response to stimulus. In fact I was beginning to believe that my sexual life was on its way out the door. I was pretty desperate to find a solution and I stumbled across The Coach. It has been a game changer. I had always been very active and definitely utilized the smooth muscle group that made my manhood pretty resilient. However, since Covid, I have had to change careers and I now work so much that I haven’t been able to work out as much. It obviously made a huge difference , because once I stopped working out, my power faded pretty quickly. The Coach has given me my power back and my confidence, which is the biggest part of the issue. I know I’m going to be able to perform at a high level and satisfy my partner and myself. Definitely worth the time, effort, and cost. Thank you to the whole team. It’s amazing what you can accomplish with the right Coach.
