I actually do not have any major problems with the application at this point in time except for the facial recognition or face ID is grayed out and broken even though I have it turned on in the app. It will not even try to recognize my face to open this application. I don’t think the green showing on the slide at means that it’s turned off. It just says facial ID and I turned it on I believe. LOL Please look into the issue. Thanks.

The only reason I even accepted the offer was because I needed it for a loan. I was told I could stop at any time. I’ve been trying to get out of this protection from the start. But when I uploaded the app. There was nothing to do. It was just a screen of the app. No where to login to nowhere to follow and see what the ap is doing for me. I’ve deleted the app three times hoping I could get into it or be able to turn it off. I don’t want this app/account right now. I may want it later when I have the money. But for right now I would like to get out of the app/account.

Hate that I was tricked into a scam and I had to turn my credit card off. I was advised to call the police and report this app. I want everyone to see this review and I want people who need a loan is probably cause they can’t just throw around money like you’re taking. You need to shut down. If anyone else feels like company needs to be reported to Better Business Bureau
