So far I have lost $165 using Sugargoo in one year. Because one of the seller disappeared and they didn’t pursue them. $60. I lost $110 due to seizure. But I assume it was because of declaration because these are authentic Popmart items. There’s no way to claim them on your end. No seizure notices or nothing. Been 6 months. I fell victim to the gash returns. In the previous episode many years ago. I lost a pen pack through one of those legendary gash. Apparently my sea item ended up with a gash. I did not record anything as I am visually blind like it’s in camouflage. First offense why there was a bulge in the first place. They smashed my items to fit in the box. That bulge was the extension for the items. Which eventually ended up with a tear! And guess who was near the edge of that bulge. Apparently the seller shipped the items separately within the box. I voted for shipping box removal. Pure mistake. Apparently they don’t bag the boxes. And they decided not to bag the other figure and parts. They don’t use tape, the items were in a bubble bag. And guess what happened. This is a nendoroid so the item came dissembled. One of the wing parts just decided to go out the gash. Bounce out of it as that open, no closure, bubble bag contained the other figure. This is a $300 value item that I accepted at $65. With just him and the dragon. You know china value who are not like American. At the time I thought $100 was expensive. So I opted for the cheapest plan. I think what ups offers is you not open the box. I totally unboxed the whole thing. Because I am the blind who did not do visual inspections(more blind than anyone to do this) even close ones. This why many go for taping the whole box. Or I should have kept the shipping box for protection. But this my first time ordering a box with separate items. I did not know if they’ll not bag the items.

Sugargoo app and service in general is very good in my opinion. I believe that shipping costs are fair. Customer service is kind & knowledgable & quick. The service is quick too. The one suggestion I have for the app is to implement notifications! In doing so it would make it even easier to know when packages have arrived at the warehouse or have shipped!

I still can’t log in at all but I have seen many great things on this app I love all the cheap shipping prices but I tried to log in and I got everything right but it still says wrong account or password so I reset password and took a screenshot of it and still says the same thing
