Easy to use
I love how easy it is to check and manage my accounts. Upload money and utilizing mobile deposits. I moved out of state a few years ago, having the app is vital and appreciated. The only thing I would change is notifications. They need to be simplified and easier to find. No charges should go through if there isn’t enough money in an account. A notification should go out when a transaction goes through, funds low, declined transactions due to not enough funds, etc…

App doesn’t work
I have a new iPhone 17 and it doesn’t work how disrespectful is that i don’t know what happened but I’ve unloaded it and reset the phone and app nothing what is wrong with it

Poor loan support for customers.
I have a car loan (since 2021). I do not keep money in a checking account with you due to the distance I now live away from a hard location. I have never experience such poor payment availability online or application related! You have no support that allows me to make a payment from an external account and you’ve now eliminated “REPAY” as an option. I will be refinancing my loan away from you. I will NEVER recommend to anyone else to use your CU, or use your services myself once that is completed.
