The interface is otherwise well thought out (in that I could technically post something). But… I cannot even purchase a plan to even contact these candidates. All of the “Contact Us” and “Buy Plan” features are not working! This is a serious flaw in the software of the app. It is entirely unusable presently. And nobody is available to help.
