This app acts like my sleep coach. It not only helps me keep track of my sleep patterns. More importantly, it provides CBT based tips to coach you how to improve your sleep. Very easy to use. Highly recommended! I used other wearable devices to help me sleep. None of them is helpful until I found this.

I personally downloaded this app in reference from my therapist. This app is great and have passed it on to others on my Tiktok platform @annakalene to help others that maybe struggling with sleep. When we explain about our sleep, it would be helpful if the box was somehow larger. Otherwise this app is 5/5!
