Very fast machine and really good customer service and we can recommend food items as well which they add really quickly some issues are there with the machine and location and hope they fix those but great overall

I've been using the JustVend app for a while and it's a pretty convenient way to grab snacks without touching the machine. The app is easy to navigate, shows what's available in real-time, and supports quick digital payments. I especially like the option to pre-order and pick up later. However, sometimes the machine doesn't dispense the product even after payment, and refunds (though processed) can take a bit of time. Also, I'd love to see more variety and better snack packaging.
