Unity by Hard Rock

Save yourself the headaches and do not download this app. Just use the web. Read the recent reviews. I made the mistake of not checking them first and only looking at the high overall rating. I went through the “sign in” workflow on my iPhone, not “sign up” and the app generated a new account number and orphaned my long standing account number. Now I can’t sign in anywhere with it. I visited the promotions desk at Hard Rock AC and they did not have the facility to help me. They gave me the number for customer care and they couldn’t help me. Customer Care gave me the email address, which sent me an automated email saying it would be 3 days before they would get back to me, and if I need immediate assistance use the previous methods instead. A circular loop with only the smallest hope of ever getting this resolved. The in person rep. told me these issues have been going on too long. As others have stated, there is no way this was properly coded or tested. Where I come from, releasing something like this means job loss for multiple responsible parties. If that had happened a new competent team would have resolved these issues by now. The first step being, roll back to the last working release.

I was granted icon status. They matched my platinum status from Borgota . I decided to book a room . I requested a king bed smoking room . When I went to check in I had to go to the front desk . I wasn’t offered mobile check in or mobile keys like Borgota. When I got to the desk I was told they didn’t have any smoking rooms available. So I dealt with that . When I got to my room it was not a suite , it was not a king bed , and it was a handicap room . Those things I was not told . Then when I was ready to check out I called the operator Bd was told , I had to be out by 12 , Borgota is 2 , I asked to speak with the front desk , I was told there is no direct line to the front desk . I asked if there was a drop box for my keys , was told they didn’t know . Was told to leave keys on my room . I asked how would they know if I checked out on time so I don’t get charged a late fee. I was told if I was worried about that to go to the front desk . Hard rock needs to update their system. This was when you check in on your phone you know exactly what you are getting, no front desk , no keys , no waiting . I was very disappointed that Hard rock is so behind in technology. Also tier status does not give you any perks . No free play or comps towards food .

Since I had took my lil break 22mths ago and now my I’ve returned it’s been an major upgrade/facelift and i must say it’s truly remarkable and breathtaking walking in the casino now but the buck doesn’t just stop there what y’all have done on the Unity app is not just bending the block ohhh no baby it’s like y’all said come ride with me somewhere and that ride wasn’t around to corner store to get snacks nope surely wasn’t. This is more like an escape to the four seasons resort of bora bora for 3wks all paid round trip it’s just that remarkable since joining the Unity By HardRock you guys have done an outstanding job and now sports betting has arrived superb but I just can’t even imagine what the update going to be like so I’m just waiting patiently to see what’s in store….⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
