Updated the app today. Now, the My Account section won’t open. The account page goes grey, I get the spinning icon and the app freezes! I’ve forced closed the app many times, but the prob keeps repeating. And when I first opened the app after updating to the newest version, I got a weird pop up that says “Payment cards and passes in Wallet will not work automatically when Wynn app is open.” WTH! I stay at the Wynn four or more times a year. I have stays scheduled for early September and November. I need the app to work! FIX IT NOW!!!!!

This is my 5th time having to delete the app and then reinstall in the last 7 months because my app keeps freezing up and I can’t open it. Getting a little frustrating at this point.

This game is a total ripoff! If you have plenty of money to blow, it’s probably great. If you don’t have lots of extra cash to blow on a game, you’re out of luck. Then if it seems like you’re on a roll without dumping additional money into it, all of a sudden the game will glitch then you lose the progress you’ve made. It also periodically charges for purchases that were not made, so if you opt to download it, you should review purchases made on your Apple ID and co firm you actually did purchase what you’re being charged for. If you’re really trying to earn a stay at the Wynn, you will likely end up paying for additional coins to continue playing, because you never get anywhere otherwise. In the current “Raids” game you can collect coins through raids which seems like a good option for those who don’t want to spend lots of money buying additional coins. Unfortunately, you collect coins but then can’t seem to spin the 3 treasure chests necessary to get the coins into your bank. If you have a significant number of coins, you might purchase additional spins to try for the chests so you can collect the coins. Somehow the chests never come up. This is pretty much the typical for any of the games. As long as you have plenty of money to dump into them, they’re good. Otherwise, you’re out of luck. To be able to earn a stay at the Wynn, it takes a combination of gems and VIP points. The VIP points reset back to 0 quarterly. They only release dates a month at a time and there seem to be a lot of dates that are not available for through the game even if you have full points and gems. All in all, absolutely not worth it!
