I switched to WL two years ago from Mindbody, hoping to improve experiences for parents signing kids up for class. 1. The switch was very difficult on all our clients. 2. While there may have been marginal progrss in parent user experience, general use for all students was not well reviewed. 3 More devastating the reports features and general user experience has made client commutation and retention awful headaches. My business has suffered and I would never recommend. 4. Payments processing through paragon is opaque and expensive. And requires PCI validation.

I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with Wellness LIVING! This company, software, customer service, and the price you pay is everything anyone can wish for! 100% hands-down, the best company for our business! I only decided to write this review because I saw all the negative feedbacks - HOW? People clearly didn’t understand the software or took their time to dial the customer support number (which by the way answers right away) I cancelled so many other services (like Mailchimp, jotForms, texts and etc) because this software does it all! It’s been a year and we couldn’t be happier! And the best part is that they actually care to make it even better, every month there is a webinar with new features that clients submitted on how to improve it for their business- how can you not be happy with this company!!!?

This company deserves to be disbanded. My business has attempted to cancel our subscription for OVER A MONTH with no solution other than being told “Customer Success Manager will call you in 2-3 business days.” For them to never call back. I have called every single day for them to say they have no record of a cancellation request. The customer service line is “not able to transfer” a call to put you in contact with a manager, or the legal department. We have submitted 5 claims, only to continue to be charged for a subscription. Our only option is to take legal action against this company blatantly holding financial information hostage, refusing to cancel our subscription, and stealing money by continuously charging. DO. NOT. USE. THIS. SOFTWARE. COMPANY. Customer service is non existent. The website is slow and does not allocate reports correctly. The system self voids payments, we’ve lost money using this system. THEY’RE CROOKS.
