What I love about this app is the variety of content that fits in with wherever I am, whatever I’m doing, and however I’m feeling. I can get an inspirational message to boost me up, I can get a breathing exercise to calm me down, and there’s additional content for everything in between!

I love this app! I find the meditation topics to be relevant. Finally a meditation app that is Enough. 2 othings I would add would be 1.voice speed control: some topics I feel the speech is a little fast. 2. Apple Health connectivity: to track my mindful minutes These wants don’t take away from how powerful this app is and if were to change the layout out and the ease of use keep them . I good!
