Been a user of the app since the start and it has really developed and helped me with prevention and rehab. Big fan of the routines (embedded yoga, S&C, Plyos, exercises), notes (from the physio), and ability to message the therapist (keeps the communication open between appointments). Keeps me active with the physio and in a better place. If only all physios / physio apps were like this.
