I am coming back to getting familiar/ comfortable with working out on the gym floor again after several years of taking gym classes only. Let me tell you…. I am so so freaking happy I did this challenge to break out of the comfort zone! I am back on the floor, getting used to machines again and I am not afraid of the big sweaty gym rats anymore. Even having a body builder husband didn’t help ease the scariness of being out there before. NOW though I am out there doing my thing and looking like I kinda know what I’m doing LOL I love that there’s so many exercises that you can pick and choose what you have time and the gym space for and you can modify everything as needed. I can’t wait to sign up for another challenge to keep it going especially since this first one for me was more so focusing on the gym acclimation first and not as much about counting macros.

I’m only half way through this challenge so far and I’ve been loving it! I’ve been such great progress, I’ve learned so many new things and the best of all is the macro diet. I’ve never felt better, I’ve never felt so good being in a calorie deficit because I’m eating good food with the correct macro ratios. This program is awesome and I love the team that is available to help you during this challenge. I’ll be joining the next one for sure! The app has great features, my favorite of which is the demos of every single exercise. Sometimes reading descriptions confuses me a little. So being able to click on the “demo” button and watch someone do the exercises is so great! Haven’t had any issues with the app

I've joined numerous challenges and even had a custom program designed by Carriejune. Embarking on the Minibeast program has been a revelation in my fitness journey, offering a holistic approach that combines mouthwatering meals, challenging workouts, and an incredibly supportive community led by an outstanding coach. First and foremost, the meal plan provided by Minibeast deserves applause. The variety and flavors of the meals exceeded my expectations, making healthy eating an enjoyable and EASY! The workouts, true to their name, unleashed the beast within me. Designed to push boundaries and break plateaus, the Minibeast workouts left me feeling exhilarated and accomplished (and sore) after every session. However, what truly sets Minibeast apart is its supportive community and exceptional coaching. The camaraderie among fellow participants provided a sense of belonging and encouragement, making every milestone feel like a collective achievement. Moreover, the guidance and expertise of the coach were invaluable, offering personalized advice and unwavering support every step of the way.
