At first, the app seemed surprisingly accurate — but that changed fast. After a few uses, it started giving completely inconsistent and unrealistic heart rate readings, even when I was standing still and doing absolutely nothing. The numbers would jump all over the place with no reason. To make things worse, it tries to push a paid subscription right after giving you these questionable results. It honestly feels like it’s trying to scare people into paying for something that doesn’t even work properly. Don’t waste your time or money. There are better, more trustworthy options out there.
After a good friend of mine had a heart attack I started using the app over a year ago and have been tracking my heart rate consistently . App works great and it gives me peace of mind knowing I have a good heart rate. I do recommend this app.
Thank you for offering a free version that actually shares your basic heart rate after taking the test (it also works with apple health too)! I am definitely more likely to purchase from a developer that is open and honest when offering a free heart rate app. Much better than other developers that allow you to complete the test but then hide your vital measurement behind a paywall.
