PicMa: AI Photo to Video & 4K

This is the only app that I have ever elected to pay for the lifetime subscription. Now, I am wondering if I have made a mistake. I use the AI feature to upload selfies of my wife for it to generate the different pictures that it promised. And of course this does cost extra even though I have a lifetime subscription the result was a gallery of a woman about 40 years younger than my wife, who resembled no one in my family, my wife is 65 and the girl in the results appears to be in her 20s. I have sent multiple emails attempting to resolve this issue, and I believe I am talking to a computer who insist that I just follow its instructions to find the gallery. I have asked for the money to be refunded and that’s when responses from the company ceased. however, the other features within the app render spectacular results, and I have used it frequently. I’ve recommended this app to all my friends who inquire how I am able to do with their pictures what I do. so the app, other than the AI option, I highly recommend.

In August 2023, I purchased PICMA and utilized it for nine months until May of this year. Upon attempting to log in this May, I encountered an issue where the system did not recognize my email address, thereby preventing access. I have sent between 10 to 12 emails to PICMA requesting resolution of this issue, but to date, I have received no response. I obtained a copy of my billing statement, which confirms that my subscription is valid until August 29, 2024, and I included this information with each email I sent. I am unable to comprehend why this issue has occurred and am disappointed with the lack of response from the company. I wish to inform others about this experience, as this is not reflective of how a company should operate its application. The lack of response and failure to resolve the issue is unacceptable. Consequently, I will no longer use or recommend this app and will seek alternative platforms to share this review.

I haven’t been able to use the app long enough to know what I think yet. Seems to function properly thus far. You watch ads to use the different editing options and then I believe also to save the finished photo. 30 seconds for the ad. I don’t mind that but I do think getting a free tester use would be nice to get an idea of how each option performs. I have to watch so many ads whilst just getting a feel for it.
