Very bad support response.

Don’t fall for the trap of Zest with their date promises. Procured a zero interest loan and made on time payments. And it’s more than 3 months and no interest cash back yet. Contacted their support via email provided and every time I am being asked to wait for one more month. So if Zest is responding to my feedback here; don’t ask to contact or send email to your support as I have been receiving worst replies from it already. Please be aware of Zest money scam and don’t fall for their trap.

All robotic replies. My concern to change the mobile number has never been resolved though I raised tickets 3-4 times.
