Viva Money: Personal Loan App

I had a very disappointing experience with Viva Money. While lending, the app clearly shows 51–56 days for repayment with 0% interest. But after taking the loan, the app suddenly applies hidden clauses like a 20–51 day grace period, which were never shown before or after borrowing. These terms were not mentioned anywhere in the app, not in the loan agreement, and not even in an email. Even if I assume their “51-day rule” is correct, I was still within 41 days and had the full repayment amount ready. Yet the app automatically converted my repayment into EMI mode and started charging heavy interest. This is extremely unfair because the customer has no idea when the grace period has ended — there is no proper notification, no alert, nothing. A company lending money must display all important terms clearly and upfront, not hide them in small clauses that the customer never sees. If you promote “instant money,” how can you expect customers to borrow only on the 1st of the month to get the full grace period? What if someone needs urgent money on the 10th or 20th? There is also no real customer care support. The replies are mostly automated bot messages, and it becomes impossible to get proper clarification from a real person. This makes it hard to trust the app again. Overall, this experience felt misleading and disappointing. Anyone using Viva Money should keep manually checking their repayment dates and terms, because you may not even know when the grace period ends — and suddenly you could be charged high interest without warning.

Firstly the app was fantastic u can say because the loan approved and loan disbursed was the same and I still couldn’t believe it, mostly some twice or thrice I had to check my balance to see whether it was real. It doesn’t take unwanted processing charges and any other charges like how other apps do and disbursement amount is as promised and easy tenure options which made it user friendly. Maybe even if I borrowed with my friend it wouldn’t have been this convenient. I totally loved it. It’s like my second salary I take I repay and again I borrow. I always believe in viva and hoping a great success ahead and who ever looking for any emergency expenses or want to fulfill your dreams, go with it. Trust me there won’t be any other app available in the store with this decent rate of interest or any charges it might be. Totally fantastic and all I can say is thanks with gratitude
