Although I am a frequent Cashe user, I am not aware of any recent updates to the application, which prevents me from using the approved limit. When a loan is applied through the application for the approved limit, the application takes forever to process and there are no notifications. It disappeared without any status updates. I tried contacting them via email, but I keep getting automated emails that have been forwarded to the concerned team, but there has been no resolution. During a point in time, I was able to get in touch with customer service and was assured that the application would be processed and completed within 72 hours. However, now that the time has passed, the application has disappeared again. It's unclear whether the issue is caused by the app, a bug, or if the company doesn't have the necessary funds to support the customer. If you're in need of an emergency, I wouldn't recommend this app because it gives false hope. They have to put a lot of effort into improving and concentrating on the essentials of business, specifically customer service. It's as if you make promises and then forget them. Regardless, I no longer have any faith in Cashe after multiple attempts, and you should do the same.
Very very disappointed. I have applied for a personal loan, after that everything was done by me as per their instructions. Video kyc, loan agreement signed, auto debit approved, and then when I finally submitted the loan application after all the formalities they are not transferring the approved loan amount to my account. I have chased them multiple times on their email ids but no one is responding. Now my app is showing due date as 12th march but loan amount yet to be disbursed to my account. I am just waiting for 12th march after that I will register a complaint in RBI, consumer forum as well as in other government regulatory bodies. These guys are making fool out of their customers and they think that they will get away with it. But as a consumer or customer you can be sincere and careful from these kind of loan applications.
Double payment has been done but they are not updating and saying payment has not been done and made my account defaulter. After paying on time also they are not updating it, customer care people are harassing unnecessary all day asking screenshot and after sharing with them all the screenshot then also they are not updating. I have mailed them also twice and they asked me bank statement that also I have shared but still no response from there side nor they have updated my payment details. Total 5 emi’s I have paid but they have only updated 3 emi’s. Daily basis customer care executive calling me in calls and as well as in whatsapp. Regularly I am telling them payment has been done , sharing them screenshots and bank statement also but they are not updating and harassing me by calling me. Very bad service. Please who so ever is seeing my review don’t take loan from them rather take it from bank at least bank people help us in a very quick manner and resolve our issue. They are customer care executive are very bad in behaviour, don’t know English also only talking in Hindi and in a very bad way , I had an bad experience since 1 month . Please all fellow people don’t take loan from them take from bank
