EPICC

As a caregiver, I've found this app to be an extremely important tool to use as part of stroke rehabilitation. The quality of EPICC is better than many other programs i have tried for aphasia and cognitive rehab. The app has a multitude of tasks that are engaging and helpful for my family member. EPICC has continued helping my family member make progress in their language goals. I highly recommend this app.

I have found this app to be an excellent learning and resource for young adults and older adults with cognitive and neurological disorders. This app provides real life application to activities of daily living for functional independence. I have found this app to be a great enhancement to traditional therapy. My clients have loved the variety of modules and the immediate feedback that each module provides. Epicc is an app that every SLP working with individuals who have cognitive and communicative deficits (I.e aphasia). My favorite things about epicc are the ease of the app, how functional and applicable it is for adults, how inclusive it is, and the number of modules available. Patients do not feel like they are seeing the same activity over and over again. It is also good because families can use the app after discharge from a snf. It is also easy to show patient progress or lack thereof. I highly recommend this app to other clinicians and family..
