EPICC

I have found this app to be an excellent learning and resource for young adults and older adults with cognitive and neurological disorders. This app provides real life application to activities of daily living for functional independence. I have found this app to be a great enhancement to traditional therapy. My clients have loved the variety of modules and the immediate feedback that each module provides. Thank you for the work that has gone into this app and the benefits that my clients receive from the various language based activities.

Epicc is an app that every SLP working with individuals who have cognitive and communicative deficits (I.e aphasia). My favorite things about epicc are the ease of the app, how functional and applicable it is for adults, how inclusive it is, and the number of modules available. Patients do not feel like they are seeing the same activity over and over again. It is also good because families can use the app after discharge from a snf. It is also easy to show patient progress or lack thereof. I highly recommend this app to other clinicians and family..
