I’m 67. The service is user friendly. Excellent visit. I’ll be using this service again.
Doctor was rude and arrogant didn’t help at all nor did he prescribe my mom anything she’s coughing up green mucus and he said call back in a week if she’s still sick. Ridiculous. Thieves.
Long wait times. It’s been over an hour and I’ve been shuffled to a different provider and still “waiting” “next to be seen”. Tried to call the number on file and twice it stated the call failed… so the number is useless and the app is useless. Very disappointed. The carilion pediatrician hasn’t called me back for a same day appointment either even though I called at 8 AM. Don’t waste your time.
