RealGreen Mobile

The app is constantly crashing and glitching. They also deleted the ability to email a customer’s invoice because they’re trying to force you to be on AMA. If your products are good enough, people should want to use them. You shouldn’t force them to use them by deleting necessary features just to push them toward buying more from your company. The way RealGreen has turned to a money first model has really brought down our satisfaction in the software. We already pay a ton of money for the features that we have they shouldn’t throttle them to make you pay more. And the fact that we pay a monthly charge for mobile and can barely even use the app is ridiculous. If it wasn’t for having to relearn an entirely new software when we’ve spent a over a decade becoming familiar with this one, we would likely switch to a different software.

I use this app for work because I have to not because I want to. Every day I have to delete and reinstall just to get it to work. Literally started a service for a customer just now and had to delete the app and reinstall just to check in the job. Time is literally money in my line of work and real green mobile is excellent at wasting both. The old app could be slightly janky but I’d take it any day over this trash fire. The amount of daily downloads this app probably has because it quits working is insane. When it first came out it worked fine and I liked it better. Now it’s just been disappointment after disappointment. This is like week 4 of having to delete and reinstall daily. I don’t know what happened, I know the team is very responsive and is working hard to fix it but as is this app is trash. It wasn’t 2 months ago, and it was perfect last year. I will start adding back stars for each week I don’t have to reinstall and I will be removing stars when I do. We are starting at one star because I can’t go more than 23 hours without having to reinstall unless I’m not working. If your company is thinking of using this app, don’t, it’s not ready and if you pay for it i would look at other options until this situation is fixed

My company uses this app, my morning routine includes deleting the app, re-installing and having to put in the credentials. Last week we couldn’t use it at all. It was better than the old mobile live app but now you have to fight to use it. However, apparently there is not a better option. We have asked around and have not found a better solution because RealGreen is awful.
