This app has a lot of potential, however in its current state it’s by far the worst app I’ve ever had to use in a regular basis. VERY slow to refresh, load, often times unresponsive to input, clunky and it crashes at least 10 times a day. All the other techs in the company I work for complain of the same things. There are updates all the time, yet the user interface only seems to worsen.

Absolutely terrible product. Completely ripped off of what we were sold on. The app works for 5 minutes until it crashes for 30 minutes. I can barely use it. It takes me more time to input appointment information into this app than it does to actually service an appointment. Wouldn’t recommend this software or app to anyone looking for a halfway decent technician/scheduling software.

Brio used to work OK, when using the browser version, but now barely functions and half my team can’t even get logged in. The support team is utterly useless and rude, they say to delete and redownload the app as if we haven’t tried that numerous times. Now they’re not supporting the browser version at all, only the app, and it’s terrible. Whoever is designing this must not test it at all, or they have a room temp IQ. Not to mention, our office side of things struggles as well with functions that should be easy. We are leaving for a different software as soon as we can get out of the criminal contract they lock you in.
