1. Chopped vegetables and supposed to save your time. Once ordered chopped spinach only to find out that it is covered in sand and because it’s nearly impossible to wash and clean chopped spinach (who does that?) I had to throw it. Stopped ordering from then. 2. They once created a fake iPhone giveaway to make people order for more amount and when someone questioned it on social media, they created a fake story with a fake customer name. This business will shutdown soon with this type of ethics. Have you no shame, Aanacart??

At the beginning they were soo good. We felt like the items are handpicked specifically fruits and vegetables. Recently they have become careless towards their customer. Lot of inconsistencies in delivering the items in terms of forgetting the items or replacing wrong items without prior notice.

Overall a satisfactory online vege and fruit mart. But a caution don’t buy meat. Recently when I ordered mutton they delivered meat cut into small 1 cm pieces and I discovered the bones were so small they could be of a got or a sheep. The rib pieces were tiny like that of a cat or a rabbit.
