I don’t understand why people are so much happy with this app or company. I Did have and even now have an issue with this service. I placed order few weeks ago to get the grocery for lunch time, it came by evening after frequent contact with customer care. I ordered again on 16th and still not delivered. When contacted customer care it took a while for them to respond, later told me the order is being processed, the next day when I contacted they told order is ready and is waiting for delivery associate. When contacted again no response. 6days still my order is processing when the committed delivery time is same day as per the app. Still why the good reviews??

I hav rated offerkart before worst. But nw they are providing beat customer service and quick delivery too, i hope they will continue this . All the best

I have been a regular customer of Offerkart since few months and was pretty much satisfied with the overall app and delivery. But recently I got a bad experience with one of the item which got delivered and I Whatsapped the customer service about it. Rather than complaining about the way they delivered the product, I was decent enough to give them a suggestion to improve, but I did not get any response. I reminded them once again and they said they will check my messages. It’s been a week and there is no response yet. It is a basic courtesy to at least acknowledge the clients message.
