One of my fave fitness apps to follow along and log workouts when I work from home!
The app is super user-friendly and there’s a wide variety of workout options. Something for everyone to meet your training needs!
I’ve really enjoyed using peak athletics. I’ve been able to log and create my workouts, the programming has helped me progress more with strength and endurance, and the videos have been key to helping me correct my movements or learn movements I was intimidated by. Breaking it down and focusing on my mobility and form has really helped me move pain free. Great app!
The Peak Athletics App is a science-backed weight training app for baseball and softball athletes offering programs to help improve sports performance...
