Orders don’t get shared with the outlet you’ve chosen and so ordering in advance does little to nullify your waiting time or the length of the queue you end up in. Why would you launch this and have POS materials encouraging folks to download and use it if it doesn’t work and your poor staff are sent scrambling to try sort it out in the hustle and bustle of lunch rush hour? It smacks of Head Office strategic decisions being made (“Hey, we need an app!”) without a foot being set inside a store to understand pressures and pain points. I’ll be deleting.

Bought a voucher for someone, they never received it because they were not registered on the app. Called the call center to fix it no response 3 times, emailed , no response…the goodwill gesture was ruined as a result of poor oversight and lack of disclaimers.

Worst app I have installed on my phone. Constantly hangs when trying to process a transaction. Search doesn’t work. Try and find my local Kauai, no luck so can’t place an online order. Just a horrible experience when using it.
