I had a problem connecting to the app. I was using it in a metal folding chair. Found out later that the metal interferes with the connection. I placed a hard plastic barrier between the seat and the device and it solved the issue for me. I suggest a wooden or plastic chair for best results. It would have been nice to know this before I purchased. However, no harm no foul. It works now.
My app isn’t working at all I clicked English and I already have the product but it does nothing then I clicked English on shop products it goes right to the website I have a class to take but this is very irritating and I’m upset to spend almost $200 on this just for the app to not work
This product is the perfect solution at just the right time. Learning how to focus and train my muscles is way easier than I expected.
