I do not feel like this new app is a safer one- if anyone figures out the PIN number they can see what accounts you have, how much money you have and access to your money… not happy about this new site, easier to get on (yes) but it gives out too much information - I do not feel like my accounts are now safe 😠

The other app was such a hassle. If you got locked out you had to call to reset your password and half the time it didn’t work. I just reset my password less than one minute no issues.

I love the ease of logging in to check a balance, transfer funds, or balance my checking account. I also love the ease of communicating through the app. Thanks FNB for making banking so easy!
