App Profile: Numen Health

Numen partners with your treating doctor to provide a comprehensive cardiac rehabilitation, education, and support in the comfort of your own home.

Numen helps you increase physical fitness, monitor cardiac symptoms, and better communicate with your treating doctor to improve health and reduce the risk of future heart problems, including heart attacks.

Once you receive an invitation from your treating doctor, you will be able to login to your personalised recovery plan on this Numen application. If you haven't received an invitation yet, contact your doctor or your Numen Team.

After receiving your invitation, getting started with Numen is simple:
1) Download and install Numen Health application
2) Enter your invited phone number
3) Use OTP to login

From that point forward, your dedicated health team will get in touch with you, and provide personalised recovery plan, post that you can log your activity for your physician visits, learn more about your condition, communicate directly with your dedicated health team & your treating doctor!

Numen Health App can also integrate with Apple Health to show you progress and insights on your Heart Rate, Blood Oxygen, Blood Glucose, Step Count and Sleep statistics.
