Pilates By Lisa

When we moved, I lost my Pilates studio so I was on the search for something I could do at home. I found Pilates by Lisa and I haven’t looked back! Lisa is such a great coach and inspirational . She is so good with her cues and explanations. The variety of workouts is endless. I bought a reformer and am able to do so many different workouts following Lisa. The mat workouts are amazing as well and I can take it all on vacation with me! Lisa is also accessible and always willing to help in any way. I look forward to my daily dose of PBL!

Lisa is a gorgeous (inside and out!) Aussie pilates instructor who has transformed her online platform into a seamless app. She offers hundreds of workouts that are categorized in multiple ways to make finding workouts super easy. Further, she also has a weekly schedule for those who want more guidance, both for shorter and longer mat workouts and reformer workouts. She also offers form tutorials and rehab, stretch and meditation workouts. Lisa’s gifts of being a great instructor, her beautiful sets (including spectacular outdoor settings from all around the world), variety of offerings make this an excellent value - highest recommendation!

I have been subscribed to Pilates by Lisa since 2016! She is an amazing instructor and the workouts are effective, safe and fun. I have had amazing results with her short and targeted workouts. I used to workout an hour or more a day. Now I just follow Lisa’s schedule and get better results in minimal time. Hew workouts are also great to alleviate back pain and keep your core strong. I will be a subscriber forever! Love it!
