Since watching Hollywood Cycle years ago Ive always wanted to fly to LA and take a cycling class with Aaron or Nichelle or Nick. THIS app allows me the expertise of one of the most passionate Trainers and Fitness professionals for sure! Being a Trainer myself and a Group Fit Instructor, I give out ALOT of myself. Doing Aaron's workouts gives back to me in SO MANY excellent ways! Hes challenging but doable for all that would and could. I am for sure ride or die for this!

Aaron Hines is one of the best spin instructors in the world and his app gives you access to his classes! His classes are better than Peloton, Soul Cycle, etc cause I’ve tried them all. Tough but efficient cause they are only 30 min. I love the workouts are mostly 30 min on the app, so there are no excuses not to work out. The strength classes are also my favorite. I’m a beginner on weights and his classes were easy for me to follow.

If you want the best work app, this is the one! Aaron takes you through spin classes, Interval training or strength training - you chose what workout you want that day. Unbelievable workouts - high energy - he will push you - and drive you to reach your fitness goals! This is the only workout app you need!
