Need to use the same titles on the online sign up form and the app. I grew up with technology, so I know my way around it, and this was horribly unintuitive. On the sign up form, you’re listed as having a “Membership ID” and “Password”, and then when you log into the app, you have to login with a “Borrow Number” and a “Pin”. I gathered that the Membership ID and Borrow Number was the same, however a “Pin” and a “Password” are two COMPLETELY different things and it makes it VERY confusing. It was only until I clicked “Reset Pin” and saw that it wanted me to change my PASSWORD that I realised what it wanted. A “Pin” is a set of NUMBERS, typically 4 in length. A “Password” is ALL CHARACTERS. When you purchase something with your credit card, and it asks for your PIN, do you input “ilovebooks123” into the card reader? No. Absolutely horrific design to label a password slot as a pin slot, because it then seems like you’re asking for something different. Shouldn’t take me 10 minutes to find out how to sign into a library app.

A little annoying to log in every single time & type out the new password especially into the printers 😅would be great if you could add the library card to apple wallet. The catalogue search is also not very efficient, I’d prefer to use the website compared to this app.

The app is very clean, quick and works very well. Big upgrade from the old app! It would be good if you didn't have to apply the filters every time you searched. Awesome app though, makes the experience way better.
