I am on my 11th out of 18th experience. I know some commentators are looking for a “profound experience”. Well, honey, that’s up to you! It’s not the size of the dose but your mentality towards it that conduces a profound experience. This treatment has helped my OCD and anxiety so much, especially after my 6th treatment. Everyone I have interacted with has been so kind, understanding, and responsive. I am so grateful to this company and team for helping me get my brain back on track. I am by no means well off and paying for this did put me in a financial hole. But I was in the deepest mental hole of my life before this and I must say that the cost is absolutely worth the effects.

When using the app during the ketamine treatment, it guides you through picking music to listen to, the tricky part is, the controls for the player are on the main screen, not within the pop-up for the experience, so the music won’t pause properly and you have to exit the experience to stop it, then re-enter to choose other music. Also there is no auto-correct in the in-app chat, which isn’t a huge deal but it shows me how bad I am at typing and makes using the in app frustrating. Also the group sessions are all on east coast timing. There wasn’t anything after work for west coasters. Again, nbd, but I’ll have to miss sessions because I have to work normal hours. Thank you!

The app is a great compliment to the NueLife program. The integration of music and the interface is easy to use. You can use stand alone or during your experience and I found that iWatch integration was also an added benefit, as it logs my mindfulness mins automatically and syncs data. Lastly it’s so easy to communicate and I your support team via the app and I get email/text notifications when I have a new message so I never miss one!
