I'd give more stars if the app was actually reliable but it isn't. There have been too many instances where I'm out and about to check my balance and the app won't even open, or it opens and immediately crashes. Just this last time it happened, there was an acknowledgment of it on the site but there usually isn't. I got so annoyed this time that I PRAYED I hadn't already written a review just so I could come write one. Gonna delete the app and redownload and hopefully that does something. 🫩

App is okay and all, but it is ruined by a stupid notification mark on the top of the app icon that won’t leave, I have searched everywhere on the app, to see where the notification is coming from, to no avail. I have logged out and back into the app, it does not go away. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, IT DOES NOT GO AWAY. I want to know if there is actually something inside the app that I need to know of, or if it’s just the pointless notification. Please try to get this fixed soon, I recently became a member of CFCU, this is my first bank as a teenager. It would be really unfortunate to lose a customer over a simple yet agonizing error in your app.

I almost left cfcu due to how terrible their mobile banking app was. I mean i couldn’t even view my credit card transactions on here before! Now everything is fully available right through the app. Great job!
