I downloaded this app and completed Noelle’s glute challenge and it did not disappoint. I have done other challenges and apps but this one by far is my favorite. A huge plus to this app is the community and the ability to speak to others through the app versus through a separate group on Facebook. I personally really needed the accountability but do not have Facebook so being able to connect without needing to reactivate my Facebook was everything. Noelle was very present in the community chats as well which was very encouraging. She gives her all and it makes all the difference. The live workouts were great and the 20 minute workouts were VERY effective and gave you a great solid workout. I work 60 hours a week plus am completing a masters degree and still had time to get a very good workout in 5 days a week. I just upgraded to a year subscription and can’t wait for more growth! Thank you Noelle!!

They released a new challenge in the middle of a an ongoing challenge, so many women had to decide to jump ship from one to move to the other. Then when the new app was released there were glitches up until half way through the new challenge. They did work hard to get it resolved but if they would've waited until the last challenge was over and took there time on quality assurance, maybe there wouldn’t have been so many issues. Also please give appropriate home modifications if you’re stating it’s for such. I would’ve been okay with just the above because I give credit where credit is due, her team did a great job with following up and working on fixing the bugs. But my BIG issue why are you giving ADs we are paying already?!? We are constantly bombarded with influence all day long, news social media, blogs, friends, family, etc. Why would you do this? It’s literally only about money. Idc if they can be skipped, I am a PAYING customer that’s the whole point, NO AD. Is Katy Hearn giving ADs about your app on her app? I am not the only one who feels this way. I really hope this is the last challenge with these ADs because I will have to move on because the reality is, that would mean Noelle is no different than the rest of these money hungry fitness influencers. I pay for workouts that’s it. Not ads.

I love this app!! You can definitely tell Noelle put her all into creating this app! First, this is the only app I’ve have seen that has the warm ups included in each daily workout. I’ve tried many apps and others tend to expect you to do them on your own. Second, this is the only app I’ve seen that counts down rest periods between each set and this is great since I tend to rush into the next set too soon. Third, this app is perfect for busy moms. I love that noelle includes challenges with 20 minute workouts. It’s also very beginner friendly. Finally, I love how genuine and supportive Noelle is. She takes time to answer all questions and concerns in her forum. You can tell she’s very passionate about helping others meet their fitness goals. You won’t be disappointed if you download this affordable app! Thanks Noelle!!! 🫶🏻
