The Donor Store doesn’t show up on my iPhone

I love going to hoxworth and donating. But the redeem points isn’t on the iOS app I have looked everywhere on my iPhone 16 pm. It isn’t on the app or online. And I’m a member of the donor club. Because when I had my Samsung the points redeem was on there.

Hoxworth Blood Center Donor App offers easy access to a donor’s donation history with the convenient ability to schedule an appointment at our seven Neighborhood Donor Centers in Anderson, Blue Ash, Central, Ft. Mitchell, Mason/North, Tri-County, and West, as well as at our weekly blood drives throughout Cincinnati’s Tri-state. The app also allows donors to view monthly promotions, redeem rewards and provide feedback on the donation experience.
