I had to work my way through many companies to ask to remo e my data and they still could not remove my data from their system. Their lied to me multiple times and the developer does not even know how to access the data of its own app. This is impressive. I involved the pharmacy too which addressed me to various numbers but none of them did anything. Every company I called (3) could see my data and after asking them to delete it they lied to me. I kept calling for months until I close my email address and reported the app and companies. Awful. Worth mentioning that the way of managing the data that goes straight to American servers is amazing.

The previous app you sign in it keeps you signed in this app you sign in and you have to reset the password every five minutes. Used to use The Prescription App where you could change the amount when it’s delivered just one reminder give a note to the Doctor give a note to the Pharmacy with this app you can’t change the amount. It doesn’t keep it in a list form. You don’t know what date is coming you get several emails saying the same thing you can’t change them out order by order. You can’t leave a note for the doctor or the pharmacy and you don’t know which email is telling you to collect it and which email is just telling you something a reminder or not. Please bring back the prescription at 1000 times easier better more reliable.

Poorly designed app.. It’s logging me out and I have to provide my credentials almost every 2 days when I have to login. Also , when I use GP’s site, I get a response with 2 to 3 days at the max, but with this App I had to wait for 7 days and even after that I didn’t get any notifications.. I had to call my Pharmacy twice to verify if my prescription is ready for collection.
