I have always admired IKEA for its stylish and practical designs, but lately, the rising prices have made it hard for me and many others in my socioeconomic group to afford your products. IKEA was once the go-to place for affordable quality, but now it feels out of reach for people like me. I hope you reconsider your pricing strategy to make your products accessible to a wider range of customers again, as affordability has always been a key part of what made IKEA special.

I was trying to pay via my credit credit and after trying several times it didn’t go through. My card has a valid issuing and expiry date and has the sufficient amount of cash. I didn't know why it wasn’t working despite giving all the information I was asked to give. Thanks

When it works this app is great but it is completely bug ridden. It crashes regularly, pages appear jumbled, and I get logged out every week or two erasing my wishlist (which then magically appears again a few hours after logging back in). It also sometimes doesn’t let you choose a delivery date and thus complete the purchase. When reported to their customer service, they helpfully advised to delete and re-install to get it to work again (which it did, but is still full of bugs). It could so easily be an excellent app
