賣場人員無法有效協助民眾買到所需商品，特價商品卻原價結帳！
現場已明確告知所需商品也印出到店取貨訂購單，結帳人員沒有刷條碼結帳；返家後苦等多日都沒收到取貨通知。主動撥打很難接通的客服電話對帳之後才發現訂單未成立，而且賣場特價的地毯也是原價收費！結帳人員如此疏失竟要顧客對帳才發現，購物後沒對帳就不會發現賣場廣告不實的陷阱！這麼大的企業商品繁多，促銷活動繁雜，連門市人員都搞不清楚造成顧客困擾及麻煩，大大影響消費者對公司形象造成負面觀感！
